Stakeholder Validation Workshop

Turning data into decisions is where real impact happens. Over the past months, Green Protocol has been developing an integrated energy transition model for Nigeria, combining data, scenarios, and policy insights to inform climate and investment decisions.

The validation workshop set out to accomplish three key objectives: confirming the modelling outputs and assumptions, testing the feasibility of the transition pathways, and enhancing the practical value of the findings for policymakers and investors.

The workshop brought together professionals working across energy, climate, finance, and policy — reviewing the model's outputs together and stress-testing its assumptions against real-world constraints before the findings are taken forward into policy and investment conversations.
